What can I do if I have an issue with my Gift Card?
If you're experiencing an issue with your Gift Card, please follow the support path below that matches how your card was purchased or received:

How many Gift Cards can I redeem per order?
You can redeem up to 10 Gift Cards per order.
Can I replace a lost or stolen Gift Card?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards and cannot replace them.
How can I check my Gift Card balance?
You can look up your Gift Card balance by visiting the Gift Card landing page. Then enter your Gift Card number and PIN in the “Check Your Gift Card Balance” section.
Can I redeem my Gift Cards for cash?
Our Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash unless required by law.
I have multiple Gift Cards. Can I combine them?
We cannot combine them, but you can redeem up to 10 Gift Cards per order.
How can I redeem my Gift Cards?
Redeeming a Gift Card is simple:
- Shop online and select the items you wish to purchase.
- When you're ready to checkout, click "Shopping Cart".
- Proceed through the checkout process.
- On the payment page, click the field labeled “Gift Card/eGift Card”.
- Enter your Gift Card number and select “Apply”, then enter your unique PIN (if applicable; some cards do not have a PIN).
- Click “Apply” again to see your Gift Card amount deducted from your merchandise total.
Is there any restriction on gift card redemption?
All our Gift Cards are treated like cash or a credit card. If additional discounts are available, apply the promo code at checkout. The final amount, including tax and shipping, will be deducted from your Gift Card(s).
