  • If your Gift Card is an egift card purchased online, it’s a physical gift card, or it was a gift then please follow this link for assistance
  • If your Gift Card was received due to a refund, cancellation, or from customer service via email from Fanatics Retail Group then please see our FAQ’s below


Answer: You can only redeem up to 10 gift cards per order

Answer: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards and, unfortunately, cannot replace them.

Answer: You can check your Gift Card balance here. Just enter your Gift Card number and PIN in the “Check Your Gift Card Balance” section, on this page.

Answer: Our Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, unless required by law

Answer: We cannot combine them, but you can redeem up to 10 Gift Cards per order

Answer: Redeeming your Gift Card is simple...Shop online and select the items you wish to purchase

  • When you're ready to checkout, click "Shopping Cart"
  • Proceed through the checkout process
  • Click the field labeled "Gift Card/eGift Card" on the payment page at the final step of checkout
  • Enter your Gift Card number, select "Apply", then enter your unique PIN (codes are case sensitive)
  • Note: Some Gift Cards may not include a PIN and will not be required to enter one at checkout
  • Click "Apply" and then you will see your Gift Card amount deducted from your merchandise total

Answer: All our gift cards are treated like cash or a credit card. If additional discounts are running on site, please apply the promo code at checkout, and the final amount including tax and shipping will be deducted from your gift card(s).
